Why are there no prices given on our website for our SEO packages?

Each website has different variables that makes it search engine friendly - ex. does the site have flash on it's homepage, any dynamic pages, asp pages, html forms, etc. This being said each website fits into a general price category based on the initial review but then must be quoted on how search engine friendly it already is and the quantity of work our optimization technicians have to do to get it listed in the top positions. Also the competitiveness of the keywords that the client is promoting has to be factored into the price as well - ex. The keyword "real estate" has 302 million competing websites on Google, that is how many sites we have to beat to get it listed in the top 10 positions. The keyword " California real estate" has 50.4 million competing sites which is still a lot of sites to beat but much more work would be involved in getting the keyword "real estate" so it will be priced higher.
