SEM Case Study: MailersClub.com, Inc.

Company
In 1999, Barry Yarkoni, Postmaster General and CEO of MailersClub.com, Inc., was inspired to start the company after watching his wife repeatedly suffer the agonies of preparing mailings for a Los Angeles charity.
MailersClub has now grown into the leading Internet printing and mailing service for high quality, personalized direct mail, offering a complimentary full color printing service, direct mail launch and desktop management service.
3 years after MailersClub.com, Inc. was started, Barry and his crew came to Increase Visbility, Inc. for assistance in expanding their online market reach. At the time, they were a small 20 person company operating out of a 1,200 square foot facility they leased in downtown Los Angeles, CA.
Results
After just 6 months working with us, MailersClub posted a 600% increase in online exposure with over 25 first page, competitive, organic search listings and over 150 additional, competitive organic search listings appearing in the top 20 positions of the major search engines.
A benefit of the increase in the organic search listings was a decrease in the required amount of monthly paid search engine advertising. A drop of almost 38% was reported with that amount continuing to decrease over the next several months.
Extended Results
Now, just 3 years after our initial marketing efforts began for
MailersClub, they have experienced record growth of over 25% quarter
to quarter during 2004 with the trend continuing. To meet demand
and augment digital print capability MailersClub has recently installed
several new pieces of production equipment, including a high speed,
automated four-color press, which will rapidly expand production
capacity while reducing product costs in higher volumes. Additionally,
the company will be relocating to new 20,000 square-foot offices.
